Swaminathan (Swami) has over twenty years experience in Finance & Systems and broad experience in Outsourced Services and Business Processes. He held position as Vice-President Finance of India’s leading BPO Company providing outsourcing services to the US, UK and Australia and having Ford, Dell among its clients.
Swami was Principal Consultant to Bahwan Cybertek, Middle East and participated in two key Oracle implementation projects. (Project A) Client: Ministry of Housing, Electricity & Water (MHEW)/Oman. Advised MHEW management from finance function perspective to adapt to unbundled accounting practices in an automated (Oracle Financials) environment. (Project B) Client: PSEG / DPC Salalah /Oman. Project: Oracle Financials/Maximo Implementation Role: Project Manager.
Swami was Controller & Company Secretary with PSEG; a New Jersey headquartered Fortune 500 US Corporation looking after India & Middle East. He played a key role in Investment & M&A activities of PSEG Power Projects in India and Oman. He was Team member, Oracle Implementation Team of PSEG Global, New Jersey/USA. He also designed & implemented Oracle Financials System & CMMMS for the Tanir Bavi 220 MW power plant in Karnataka/India.
Swami also held position as Expatriate Finance Manager in Jakarta/Indonesia for an US $ 600 Million Petrochemical Company in Technical Joint-Venture with Eastman Chemical Company/USA.
Swami
is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (F.C.A),
Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (A.C.S)
and Graduate Member of the Institute of Cost & Work Accountants of India

Venkat Subramanian is an Assistant Professor in Strategy at the University
of Hong Kong School of Business, Hong Kong. He was a Research Fellow in
Strategy and International Management at Catholic University of Leuven,
Belgium, a Research Associate in Strategy and Finance at INSEAD, France,
before going on to complete a PhD in Management at the Solvay Business School,
Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. He also completed an MBA from the
Solvay Business School and a Masters in Aeronautics in the former Soviet
Union. He has published widely in leading academic journals on topics of
strategy and performance management. He has advised start-ups in Europe
and also has senior management experience in the airline business in India.
Ganesan is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree from Loughborough University, U.K. He started his career with Ford Motor Company and served in various capacities in the IT field. He brings on board over 20 years of experience and exposure to various IT environments spanning U.K, Germany and USA.
After leaving Ford in 1989, he co-founded Broadgate Technical Services Ltd in the U.K for providing Global software solutions to leading listed companies and successfully practised on-shore/off-shore model for cost effectiveness. After taking over the Essex based activities of Broadgate Technical Services in 2000, he founded Inca Infotech Ltd which now operates under the brand name of IIL Risk Management.
His company is a member of various local organisations in the U.K including London Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Ramachandran launched his professional career when he started Reputech Computers, a software company he ran for four years in India. After Mr. Ramachandran sold it to Pentafour Software, he relocated to the U.S. to run Pentafour’s U.S. operations. As the company’s country manager he grew Pentafour’s revenue 15 fold over three years. In 1997, Mr. Ramachandran launched Sigma Project Services, a professional services firm located in Los Angeles, which he grew to $25M in revenue in only four years. In 2001, Sigma was acquired by Mascon Global Limited.
Mr.
Ramachandran has a Master’s degree in computer applications from Regional
Engineering College, Tiruchi and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of
Management at UCLA, USA
Palmer

Palmer is a Business Professional with more than 15 years of International
career in both Finance and New Technology matters acquired working for or
consulting several international Telecom Operators (France Telecom, Equant/GlobalOne,
Sprint Int’l, Telenet), ITC Equipment and Software producers (Alcatel,
Engineering Spa, Tecnau), and Venture Capitalists in Italy, Belgium, France
and USA.
His experience encompasses general management, business development, strategic resource planning and optimization, supplier relations, financial management and operations within established and start-up/post-merger integration corporate environments.
He is co-founder and Business Dev. & Client Relationship manager of an e-commerce/services company (Netaly); he collaborates also with several European V.C. and European Affairs consultancy firms (Innova Europe, Invent, Latimer).
Palmer holds a Master in Management from the Boston University (Boston, USA) and a MsEE in Electronics from the University of Naples (Italy).
Palmer is an associate member of the Belgian Managers and Entrepreneurs Association (A.M.E).
